Copyright:
Studio 21 owns the copyright to all the photographs taken in the Studio. In all cases, unless otherwise confirmed in writing, Studio 21 will without reference, use any of the images taken for use online, in store, portfolio, and in advertising.
Cancellations:
Cancellations or reasons for not attending should be given 24 hours prior to the appointment time. Failure to attend or cancelling within 24 hours of an appointment will result in loss of sitting fee.
Viewing Non Attendance:
Non attendance of an arranged viewing of studio shoot photos, whether verbally or formally in writing, will result in archiving of said photos 30 days following the date of the appointment.
Competition:
Competition or Prize Draw winner appointments are only valid for the month after the draw. No cash or voucher alternative will be available. Failure to attend the agreed session time will result in Studio 21 withdrawing the prize from that winner.
Payment:
The sitting fee is non refundable, and secures your session time. Full payment of purchases is to be made at your viewing appointment. No order will be produced without the full balance of the order being received. Any part balance or deposit will be lost after a 3 month period and the order cancelled.
Safety:
Within the studio, there are items that could be dangerous if misused or interfered with. We will ensure a safe environment within the studio, however, it is the Clients responsibility to ensure that all children are supervised at all times. We carry out regular Health and Safety checks to ensure a safe environment.
Image Quality:
In accordance with the accepted practices of all professional photographers, the return of any acceptable photographs, prints, demands for refund or refusal to settle charges cannot be entertained on principle. No exception can be made to this rule as we cannot be held responsible for individual tastes or expectations.
Retouching:
Studio 21 will not be held responsible for automatically removing any imperfections visible on the subject. Additional improvements or retouching will be discussed at the viewing and should be made clear to adjust. An additional charge will be applicable per photo which will be discussed by both parties. As standard, a timescale of 3 weeks is required for editing, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Your studio session is 1 hour maximum. The viewing process may last 1 hour or more. The photographer may use their discretion as to when to finish each session.
Online Gallery Access:
Your collection will be available to view online after your first order is completed. Studio 21 will only send a link to one email address which should be confirmed at the viewing. You are then able to forward the link at your discretion.
